Progress!
High Water Media has, today, taken the first major step toward becoming a real live legal fiction which will be known as High Water Media, LLC. This mostly involved shelling out a few hundred dollars for the services of incorporatetime.com, and we’ll find out in a few days whether they’ve disappeared to the Caymans with my naivete or not. I expect not. We’ll know we’re official because we’ll have an actual metal seal to stamp on things!
